As we embark on a new era of growth and opportunity, we are thrilled to share a significant transition in our leadership at Nekst IT. After a decade of remarkable achievements, our founder Andre Pieterse will be moving into a non-executive director role. Under Andre’s visionary leadership, Nekst IT has become the leading QA & Test company in the Netherlands and surrounding markets, expanding our presence internationally with offices in Pune, India, and initiating our entry into the US market.
Andre’s dedication and innovative approach have been instrumental in our success, and we are deeply grateful for his contributions. As he transitions to his new role, Andre is excited to devote more time to his personal passions and hobbies, which have flourished alongside his professional journey.
As we step into the Nekst era, we are delighted to share additional leadership changes; Dimitri Fioole (COO) and Thomas van Ingen (CTO) will be joined by Jon Robinson (Chief Storyteller) on the new leadership team. In addition, AnneMarie Bos (CCO) will be transitioning to CEO. In her new role, AnneMarie brings a fresh perspective and an ambitious vision for the future of Nekst IT.
AnneMarie’s approach is centered on maximizing performance by minimizing stress, creating a company that is led from the heart. With her leadership, we are confident that Nekst IT will continue to thrive and innovate, providing our clients with the exceptional quality and service they have come to expect from us, all while growing and developing our internal culture that encourages personal development.
