Our annual Nekst weekend was a huge success…and once again flew by!
This year we settled in the Belgian Ardennes, in the beautiful town of Rochefort.
On Friday, September 2nd, around 4pm, the first colleagues arrived at the huge house in the sunny south of Belgium. We started the weekend with a nice cold beer, wine or soda on the sunny terrace.
After welcoming and exploring the house, we had a free program on Friday. Chilling in the Jacuzzi, taking a dip in the pool, playing table soccer, VR gaming or pool, nothing was too crazy.
That evening we were also introduced to our private chef Casper from “Kook Graag!”, who served us the most delicious meals of the weekend. From self marinated shrimp, fried mullet with butter sauce, rack of lamb to the most delicious vegetarian dishes.
Breakfast was also very well organized! Especially for the colleagues who could use a hearty breakfast after a long and pleasant night ;).
On Saturday, Kristiaan from ActionMaker from Ghent had prepared a very cool and varied team building program for us. Here we worked on improving our skills in: laser clay pigeon shooting and axe throwing. He also taught us the basics of fencing.
Once again we enjoyed the unique Nekst vibe this weekend!
What is the Nekst vibe? I can’t explain it, you just have to feel it! I’m already looking forward to the 2023 edition, aren’t you? Let me know!
