Nekst Step Soft Skills

It was another epic Nekst Step meeting! Under the inspiring leadership of Sven Polak, we spent an evening focused on awareness and training in the context of verbal, para-verbal and non-verbal communication. We focused on aspects such as:

  • What is your and your colleagues’ preferred behavior?
  • Do you ask closed or open questions and why do you choose one or the other?
  • What is the difference between customer-friendly and customer-centric?
  • What are the most effective ways to listen?
  • Assumptions: Why do we make them and how do we deal with them?
  • How good are you at judging the behavior of others?

 

We learned a lot, laughed a lot and above all practiced communication at the highest level… a great evening!
