It was another epic Nekst Step meeting! Under the inspiring leadership of Sven Polak, we spent an evening focused on awareness and training in the context of verbal, para-verbal and non-verbal communication. We focused on aspects such as:
- What is your and your colleagues’ preferred behavior?
- Do you ask closed or open questions and why do you choose one or the other?
- What is the difference between customer-friendly and customer-centric?
- What are the most effective ways to listen?
- Assumptions: Why do we make them and how do we deal with them?
- How good are you at judging the behavior of others?
We learned a lot, laughed a lot and above all practiced communication at the highest level… a great evening!
