Nekst IT to the next phase: Dream IT - Believe IT - Achieve IT
The next chapter of Nekst IT – Testing Excellence Company, is entitled Dream IT – Believe IT – Achieve IT. To write that chapter, Jelle Schutte joined our Advisory Board on 1 January 2021.
“We want to take our company to the next phase,” says André Pieterse founder and CEO. “For our employees and clients as well as our partners. To this end, we will further intensify developments and partnerships. For our customers, we are increasingly assuming the role of Trusted Advisor for questions about test approach, test automation and test strategy. An important spearhead in this is communication with the customer and therefore knowing what is going on, this is something in which we distinguish ourselves and that we want to use even more effectively. Another spearhead is the further development and intensification of our partnerships with Salesforce and Provar (Test automation for Salesforce)
Expand Proposition
Nekst IT has now set up a Salesforce QA & Test Squad. “That squad is led by our Salesforce QA & Test Lead, Dimitri Fioole. Dimitri has been the driving force behind all things concerning Salesforce QA & Testing for the past 7 years. Based on content and involvement, he and his colleagues have put Nekst IT on the map with Salesforce customers at home and abroad. It is therefore only logical that he has a leading role in expanding our Salesforce proposition”.
In 5 Years
André expresses the Nekst IT mission: “Our dream is that Nekst IT will be the best Salesforce QA & Test company in Western Europe in 5 year’s time. We are already working hard in the Netherlands and we have also frequently been able to show our Salesforce QA & Test skills beyond the national borders. With the setting up of the Salesforce Squad, we will be more and more structurally present in Western Europe”.
Development in Breadth and Depth
Nekst IT mainly focuses on development. “Growth is a relative concept in this. We grow broadly by training multiple consultants – with a diversity of profiles – in Salesforce test expertise. We are achieving in-depth growth because we have set up a clear development path with corresponding skills and Salesforce certifications for each profile. In this way we create a diverse Salesforce team that distinguishes itself not only on personality, knowledge and experience, but also on focus and specialism. This means that everyone in the Salesforce Squad works entirely from his or her strength and thus does the things that give him or her energy. As a result, we are even better able to deliver added value to our customers and partners”.
Because of the new chapter Dream IT – Believe IT – Achieve IT, Jelle Schutte has been asked to act as a strategic advisor. “Jelle has a lot of experience in driving new business with innovative product-market combinations within QA & Testing. He is known for his many years of experience in developing various propositions, most recently as CTO. The collaboration has already proven itself through its seamless and enthusiastic entry into the Nekst IT culture”.
