And that is precisely why Nekst IT pays extra attention to making the right match between your company and our consultants. So that there’s a match both personally and professionally.

Imagine for a moment: you are looking for a test specialist. You come to us, for example via a search engine or, which is increasingly more common, through word of mouth. You give us a call, send an email or Whatsapp message and you tell us what you are looking for.
From that moment on, we immediately start thinking. We ask ourselves questions like:
- What additional information do we need from you to clarify ‘the question behind the question’?
- Can we help you?
- Do we have what you are looking for in house?
- Which professional could be a good match?
To ensure that we understand each other well, we will contact you directly to clarify your specific wishes and needs. This always happens with two people from Nekst IT (often with us, AnneMarie and Thomas). We do this because the two always hear more than one.
Helped Within an Hour
Our goal is to already help you in this first conversation. That may sound ambitious and we are. We won’t make false promises, but we do want you to have a clearer picture of what we can do for you after this exploratory conversation.
During the conversation, AnneMarie estimates whether your project fits into our schedule: how many people do you need? What do you find important in a professional? For example, should he or she be able to take the lead, or should he or she have more technical knowledge?
Thomas finds out the rest of your needs; he asks questions about your current test and quality process, what quality requirements you now set, how your team works together, what (test) tooling you use, what substantive knowledge a consultant must have, et cetera. From there we will determine, together with you, what it is you need exactly.
Transparent and Honest
It is very uncommon that we cannot place someone with you, but sometimes it happens. Then we determine that there is no technical or personal match. What makes us unique in this is that we dare to say ‘no’: we will not introduce anyone to you and will conclude that we are currently unable to offer the best match for your specific wishes.
We are transparent and honest about this. This also means that we sometimes match you to a different professional than you might initially want. Organizations sometimes ask for a specific person within Nekst IT, but sometimes we know that we have someone on our team who fits your project even better. We will therefore always introduce him or her to you, because we are all about making the perfect match.
This perfect match means that you must be completely satisfied with the professional and vice versa. To ensure this, we have extensive consultations with our consultant before we introduce him or her to you. The consultant is often eager to get started: if you are also enthusiastic after an introduction, we have a match and we can get started.
So, in short this is the process at Nekst IT:
- You are looking for a test specialist and come to us.
- We will contact you and ask additional questions. In this conversation it becomes clear what and who you are looking for.
- We will determine the right match for you.
- Do we have a Nekst IT team member who fits the bill both technically and personally? Then we check whether he or she is just as enthusiastic about your project as you are.
- Do we have a go after step 4? Then we introduce him or her to you.
- Is the intake from both sides successful? Great! Then we’re off to a great collaboration, or expand our collaboration if we are already working together.
