Global Test Talent
Nekst IT thinks BIGGER than up to the Dutch border. The word Global already indicates the scope of our ambition. We want to be able to offer the best quality in everything. For our customers and for our employees. If this is outside the Netherlands, we simply push our own borders. This is how Nekst IT Global Test Talent was created in 2021.
In that same year we came into contact with a highly specialized test consultant from Pune (India) who wanted to be of added value within Nekst IT. This connection turned out to be a valuable addition and our first Nekst IT Global Test Talent employee became a fact!
Soon the idea arose to also combine our knowledge, expertise and strengths from India. Nekst IT wants to offer the opportunity to support our customers even better, to surprise them and to give our own people (in India) a chance for even more job happiness and perspective.
After a successful year in which we welcomed six (!) new Nekst IT Global Test Talent colleagues to the Netherlands, this now resulted in a visit to India last January by our Chiefs AnneMarie and André to visit our future office in Pune and further shape the plans.
Nekst Stop: Pune (India)
Pune is a city in western India and has developed as an important technology cluster in India, where many technology companies have now settled. The city is home to numerous start-ups and is growing rapidly in software development, IT services, engineering and product development. With the Nekst IT office we are located in the middle of the IT district of Pune and we are also happy to contribute to the growth of this city and the economy.

Nekst IT wants to be and remain relevant for our employees and our customers. That is our focus. We can offer even more expertise and even faster.‘, says AnneMarie. This is pre-eminently possible through specialist (remote) support from India or colleagues from India who live in the Netherlands. And what we also think is important; they are our own people. With the same core values and conditions as our colleagues in the Netherlands. Quality, that’s what we stand for!
The employees from India who now live in the Netherlands want to be and work here themselves. They indicate that they can go through a faster growth and learning curve in the Netherlands than in India. The people who work for Nekst IT from India also consciously choose to do so. In some cases it is (currently) not possible due to family circumstances, for example a young family. They do like to work for a company with a culture of equality! With a home base in India and an office in the Netherlands, they get the choices and opportunities they deserve.
Specialist Knowledge
As Nekst IT we are therefore also Globally oriented. Not necessarily with a specific focus on India, as often is thought with outsourcing. If talent from another country crosses our path, we seize that opportunity with both hands. However, the specialist knowledge in which we want to expand, among other things, is fully present in India; Salesforce Testing. We think it is important that we can continue to surprise our customers and support them in the right way. This requires innovative and creative solutions and continuous tuning in to new options and possibilities.
The Nekst IT Global Test Talent office in the Icon Tower has now been opened and put into use. We are working on our visible branding and are already standing out positively with our recognizable blue polo shirts. We are already getting a lot of interest from surrounding companies and our network in Pune is growing steadily.
As you can see the sky’s the limit. India is just the start of our Global ambition. What’s next at Nekst IT Global Test Talent?
