What you’ll do
As a QA Coordinator / QA Manager, you’re a working foreman. You coordinate testing across teams at our clients, and you still like to get your hands dirty. Part of your week you plan and steer, the other part you test yourself.
In practice, this means:
- Setting up and owning the test strategy and test plan, risk-based (TMap).
- Planning and steering testers, onsite or offshore.
- Testing yourself: writing test cases, running tests and finding the issues that matter.
- Setting quality gates and reporting on progress and risks to product owners and management.
- Coordinating acceptance tests with business users.
- Coaching testers and teams, so quality becomes part of how they work.
Who you are
You keep the overview without losing touch with the work. You’d rather show how it’s done than only tell. New team, new client? You walk in with confidence, bring structure, and share your knowledge and a good dose of humor with your colleagues.
You bring
- At least 5 years of experience in software testing, of which at least 2 coordinating or managing test work.
- Hands-on testing experience you still enjoy using.
- Knowledge of TMap and/or ISTQB.
- Experience in agile teams (Scrum, SAFe).
- A consultancy mindset: flexible, communicative and sharp.
- You speak Dutch fluently.
Bonus points for
- An understanding of test automation.
- Experience with Salesforce or smart industry projects.
