SNA aims to achieve self-regulation to prevent fraud and illegality in the temporary employment sector and in all forms of (sub)contracting of work. By having inspections carried out on the basis of the standard and awarding the SNA hallmark, SNA gives substance to this.
Spearheads here are:
- Limiting the risk liability of hirers and outsourcers of work for taxes and social insurance contributions not paid.
- Preventing high fines for hirers and outsourcers of work for working with people who are not entitled to perform work in the Netherlands, whose identity is not established or who have assumed a false identity.
- Manage public register, Register Normering Arbeid, of companies certified and notified for certification and enter into agreements with inspection bodies.
- Unify inspections and have inspection bodies conduct inspections.
- Promote certification of companies, which provide labor and (sub)contractors, so that they distinguish themselves positively from non-certified companies.
- Promote use of the Labor Standards Register among hirers and subcontractors of work.
